developing prof financial website

A professional webportal which will have people coming and posting on it rather than me posting on it. The basic thing is I dont have time and resources to update the blog, so I need people to come and discuss things.........user generated content will fuel the website and will attract great minds to come and share their thoughts. look and feel needs to be similar to something similar to [login to view URL] with clearly defined links etc. Why this website is because it has a neat clutter free look and feel to it. This website is just for look and feel to it. Not functionality. I want my landing page to fit into a single screen pls. Small neat professional looking. With lots of features all on the landing page with links. So I dont need a landing page which doesnt fit into screen. It should be as short as possible with all links. All neatly cataloged with multiple links and flash banners. Also need to add a forum where visitors can start discussions, post content under various heads along with their photographs. This will then categorised into 3-4 heads e.g. nifty levels, technical analysis, stock ideas, gold, real estate. something similar to [login to view URL] Then i need people to have their accounts with a login and password. People will have the option to follow a person, the higher the number of followers the higher the ranking a person gets. e.g. [login to view URL] (if you see the right hand panel it states, no of articles, people following him and a button to follow him........simple) Need 3-4 links to be made connected to nseindia & bseindia wherein daily data can be [login to view URL] will be scrapping links wherein data will be pulled directly from these sites e.g. landing page of [login to view URL] (the charts on the left hand side under the theme market watch).
