Access DB to Static HTML SEO Pages

I have a Access Database consisting of 45 Countries, 913 Cities with 8023 Hotels associated with those Countries/Cities and I would like HTML pages created for each Country (displaying Cities), City (displaying hotels within that city) and then a final HTML page for each hotel within that City. Ideally, by clicking run against an application it will query against the Access DB and then output the pages into a folder that I can upload manually via ftp to the server. ## Deliverables I have attached a more indepth document to give you an idea of the sites format for the HTML pages and their SEO format and also how they pages need to look and work.
