Accounting software

I want to build/ buy a accounting software which is similar to tally but has some of the features which we want to add. The Features we want to add will have a total effort of 10 person days. The bidder must have prior experience in building accounting software and should have at least one implemented accounting software. The bidder must bid with details regarding the features that they implemented in the existing product. The code will be transferred us and will be our propery. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. Thanks Amit Ashok ## Platform The application must be capable of working as stand alone system as well as in client server environment where multiple clients talk to the same server. The developer will provide a fully functionally software with installer and we will prefer to use proprietary / open source database rather than using any of the existing databases. The objective i to have zero recussing cost ones the software has been developed.
