Anonymizer (tunneling internet apps through proxy servers)

Application, which is able to **anonymize** **access to the Internet** via HTTP/HTTPS/POP3/NNTP;IRC/ICQ/KAZAA other SOCKS related clients. _Therefore application must be able to: _- work as socks4/5 proxy - do https-tunnelling (SSL-Support) - hook up internet clients including web browsers, mail clients, chatting and sharing programs to proxy servers without changing client specific settings - intercept and filter traffic - Log of traffic - read/write a proxylist in XML Format (IP:PORT) - create and use chains of proxy servers - analyse proxies (speed, functionality, Location, Type [HTTP,SOCKS4/5]) - build a proxy ranking depending on speed. List results in a Listview - thread based design (test proxies, while handling client requests) - project should be realized with DELPHI (5-7;Standard or Pro) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete, well documented source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
