1 app with user friendly UI on Windows CE Device for entering pre defined information to a SQL database on a remote server. Connection via built in 3g modem. Application must be able to link up photos taken with the devices built in camera and link them to the information uploaded to the databas. Application must also be able to use the devices built in barcode scanner.
1 app for Windows Desktop that can extract data from the SQL database for analysis. Preferably directly to pdf with a predifined set of parameters, or as raw data to access or excel.
SQL Database is also required.
