I need to develop a game similar to Disney's Penguin Club on [login to view URL] (you can join it free to see what it looks like). Except I need to have our own characters which will be more like people and when they interact with each other, info about the other person will show up on the screen. I also want to compare the info between the two and give it a red or green rating. your character will be able to move betwen different areas like a discotheque, restaurant, skating rink, and you would be able to bring them to your home which you can make yourself as part of the game. This is a small part of a much bigger project and this is just the beginning of it. There will be private chat and public chat available as part of the program as well. Having some experience in VR or game development will be a great asset. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
