Bug fix - PHP responder script(repost)

An existing auto responder script needs bugs fixed. Admin(s) are able to edit, create, freeze (disable and enable back) and delete user accounts. The known issue are: 1) If you block a user, the user should be prohibited from logging into his account, however this feature has a bug (doesn't lock out blocked user). 2) A bug in "edit user" functionality for admin account where editing a user's preferences automatically unblocks him from logging in. This should not happen. 3) When a subscriber submits a subscription form an error "template not found" appears and the confirmation emails are therefore not sent. - A minor bug. 4) file that is run by cron that sends follow up messages has stopped sending messages out for some reason. This is most probably related to the missing template bug above. 5) Email templates should be able to be modified for each responder separately not just for each user in general. IMPORTANT !! No downloading of the files in this script will be allowed and files will have to be edited on the server through ftp and your preferred editor. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
