Code Signing ActiveX

Hi I got an exe file that I wanted to sign by a cert i got from [login to view URL] (Microsoft Code Signing). Right now how the system works is I have 2 .exe files [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and one .conf info.conf. When a user goes to [login to view URL] and clicks open the program gets information from a mysql database binds that info and [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] into one program and delivers it to the user as main[1].exe I want this application signed so that the user does not have to click open he just has to click yes or no (the activex box). If you know how to do this pls msg me fast. Also for security I cannot give you the cert i got from [login to view URL] so you have to be availible on some Instant Messanger. (Rent a Coder editor's note: IM isn't allowed BEFORE funds are escrowed on projects less than $500, but it is allowed AFTER funds are escrowed.
