Complete: Un-Completed Project (No NDA required)(repost)

Hello Everybody;

You can check up the attachment file which provides a general indication to the Project at all.

Then if it is convenient with your capabilities, so contact me to send you a document to determine the incompleted parts of the project, and what is required from you exactly to accomplish, and to agree about the PRICE consequently and to send you the Current Source Code.

*For information; the project is Delphi/OpenGL, and? it is about 85% of the project is completed, waiting for you to complete.

*I will provide you with all information/explanations/describtions of any Aviation issues concerning the program, but i can not provide you any support in the source code itself.

*After finishing the project, i will deal with you for feedbacks, And you will specify the price for any future modifications depending on the size of such modifications.

*I have attached 2 documents describe the current condition of the project, 1 Document to describe what is exactly required from you and a Schematic Picture of the Main Modules of the project which may help you.

*NDA is not Required. (Sorry for coders who could not access my Bid, i was unable to update My Bid due to bad connection in the place where i was. The current source code has been registered and copy righted.)
