The following programming is needed. 1 When selecting database source(either Excell or Access) list table/sheet name in contextmenustrip1, with column names in submenu. 2 create function so when user right click on richtextbox1 and select column name in contextmenustrip1. application should drop column name with {} around and make it in other background color ie. {table;columnname}. 4 Finalise, Cut, copy, paste and delete functions in menustrip1 and contextmenustrip1. 5 Make it so Bold, Italic and Underline can be selected individually and together 6 Finalise Print and Print Preview functions of document.
