Countdown Tray Timer XP

Windows XP countdown timer wanted. Must run in the windows tray area (e.g. where the time is displayed) - should be similar to <[login to view URL]> in terms of how it runs. This new program must look nice as date in tray does (one of my favourite utils) Should have a quick windows installer, or a simlpe one file program exe. Right Click will show options: "Start" "Stop" "Pause" "About" (Show version number, (C) 2006 Mark cherry and a link to [[login to view URL]][1]) "Options" Specify a wav file for alarm (or tick a box for no silent mode), number of minutes (defaults to 2 minutes) When running, left click on the program countdown icon will pause the timer. If its on zero, then left click will start the timer again to countdown. When running, the countdown will show minues and seconds, counting down per second. When zero is reached, a pop up dialogue should show to say "Countdown Complete" and a wav file should play. User clicks on OK button to dismiss or "Restart" button to restart another countdown. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
