Create web data entry and geocoding site(repost)

I need these pages built to be placed on our web server. We are in a time crunch so please let me know your time requirements to build and test this. Tell me your experience with google maps and geocoding. If there are items that will delay your ability to complete this project we might pass on those items for this version. Please let me know what you see as major time blocks for this project. Please tell me why I should select you not just because you can do it. You will need to create the ms sql data base and provdie a script for me to create it locally. Use stored procedures to retrieve and write information. Willing to make cosmetic adjustments to the final pages Assist in setting up the pages on our server. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
