Data conversion utility(repost)

Hello! Sorry for bidders from previous post. Looks like i wasn't really prepared to this. Now i have translated specification and many things now more clear for me. We need an utility to convert some set of source data (Excel sheet) to 2 excel files. Conversion includes: 1. manual deletion of some rows 2. semiautomatic substitution of values from predefined dictionaries (2-3 dictionaries)according some rules 3. grouping of data according some rules Source data inserted from clipboard or imported manually from Excel sheet. Results are stored to 2 Excel files with different structure. 1-st - some kind or report with predefined structure 2-nd - results of grouping source data Detailed information will be supplied later ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
