Database Project for online dictionary

The task is to create and implement a database driven system allowing users to build a public library of common/slang/dialectial/regional words. A client has requested that this system is to display a term for any word. Similar to a dictionary. Except this version can obtain any word the user wishes. Example, Dutch Oven. There will be no user based systems. A simple one page website with a search box, and an add box. the simplicity but power of a [login to view URL] like system. Removal of words. Once logged in, a simple password protected directory should be sufficient, it lists every word in the database with a removal link next to it, which performs the function for removing it from the database.
