Database of customers,suppliers and orders required

Hi, I need a database program created that will allow me to manage all my existing and new customers, orders and sub-contractors. The database needs to have the functionality to add/remove/edit several details about customers, orders and sub-contractors as well as be able to cross reference several fields to provide me with varous reporting options (for example I may wish to view the orders sent out on a particluar date - I should be able to veiw everything relating to that order such as the customer who requested it, the sub-contractor who carried out the work, any invoices that have been sent and the status of such invoices). I would like to see examples of similar databases that the coder has done to ensure that they can provide all the neccessary functionality. It should be noted that the full functionality requirements may not be available at the start as I will need to see how the database works before suggesting any amends - coders should bear this extra work in mind and not regard this as a change to the original spec that they can charge extra for.
