My client is a pathology lab who needs an interface for their clients to access pathology reports via the web. The flow would be something like...
1. Path lab uploads PDF to webserver.
2. Webserver automatically emails the physician tied to that report that the report is available.
3. Physician logs into https path on the server and accesses the report.
1. I'm thinking that there would be an archive of all reports for that physician
The path lab would need a control panel to add the PDF file and create accounts info for their clients.
## Deliverables
The script will need to be installed into the webpage and use the CSS and XHTML that will be in place for the site.
