The database is already designed and currently housed in Excel and Access 2000. What is needed is to add functionality to database so that dates can be used in calculating reports and queries. The data has several deadline dates that need to be separately tracked with results entered for each deadline. The database functions as a tickler file and historical archive or event results. Example: Event A has a title, two notification dates, an internal deadline, a selectee list, a selection result, a submission deadline, and a final result date with status. The Event information details are manually data entered along with the notification dates and internal deadline which need to be calculated in advance of the submission date. Approximately 1 week after the internal deadline selectee list is manually entered and the selection result is coded. Event A is submitted for authorization by final selectee on submission date, and the results are returned by a panel anywhere from 10 days to six months. I need to be able to query and run reports that will 1. tell me what events are upcoming 2. when to send out notification and set internal deadline 3. what is the status of an event 4. who was selected 5. be able to query on participant name and see what events they have been selected for in past 6. pull up event title and see historically the outcome annually 7. verify submission 8. report what events are pending and where they are in the process. 9. be able to produce a Word document with event details that can be routed to a mail distribution list 10. ad hoc reporting capabilities
## Deliverables
All work must be done in Access 2000 and use a transaction based model. Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
