Desktop application GUI design

Hi, We are looking for a GUI designer - one or a group - that can make a very good looking, eye catching design for a desktop application in a matter of days. We then will need it sliced into HTML - please bid for the design only, and specify how much would it cost to slice it to HTML/CSS. We will supply the logo and exact instructions for the layout. The design would be for a small tray-based Windows desktop application, with 3 screens that will have to be based on one concept (main screen, preferences, and small toaster/notifications window). The main screen will have several elements such as tabs, clickable-icons (hover and clicked states). We will provide exact specifications to bidders who have the right price and provide impressive samples. We are looking for a very good designer, one which can comprehend complicated specifications and make them into one good looking design, and within this short time (in 7 days everything should be ready - we will be extremely available to aid with that).
