adding methods to a c++ component

I have a c++ project in visual c++ 6, it's a dictionary component I use in my asp scripts. I need someone to keep adding new methods and also make some changes to existing ones in the component. Looking for someone that would be able to add methods every once in a while with an agreed bonus payment for each new method added. I'm not in a rush, but the new method needs to be working perfectly. For example I have one function written in vbscript that I would like converted to a method in the component. Usually I would only sometimes have the functions ready written in vbsript, most of the time new methods would only be described. One important thing is I need an internal caching of results added to the component, if for example a particular method is called with a given set of parameters, if it was called with the same parameters before, a cached result would be given rather then executing the method. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
