betdaq software

I am looking for a programmer who can write simple betdaq applications. I need the application to be able to select football matches from betdaq I need the application to be able to select bets for under / over 2.5 goals. The application needs to be able to place bets, when the best price offered for a bet drops in odds offered to parameters set by myself. For example under current account settings on the BETDAQ website a bet is matched to the best price, so if you put in odds lower than the best price, the BETDAQ website will automatically place your bet at the best price rather than at the low odds you stated. I want the software to monitor the best price dropping (indicating the odds are getting lower and likelihood of outcome) and then place the bet, when the best price reaches the figure I have preset.
