Adding iframe pop ups with content being pulled from wordpress backend

Hi there, i have a wordpress site [login to view URL] that is currently in production, if you click on media you can see a jpg pop up i need that to be a functional pop up (via lightbox) that will pull information from the wordpress backend. All these pop ups need to be dynamic with clickable elements such as a project gallery, about us pages where users within the lightbox can click to navigate within the popup. I am using types plugin on the wordpress to create all the backend content, so i need someone that is comfortable with using the types plugin. I will help to produce all the content on the backend so all the work is front end only! Also i need someone to build a page template that loads on ipad and mobile that shows just the pop up pages via a simple menu.
