Custom Wordpress Plugin

The goal for this project is to create a custom Wordpress plugin that will allow me to create a relationship between two types of custom post types. I have the following: Post type: Devices (from now on device) Post type: Channels (from now on channel) Custom taxonomy used for the Post type Devices: Devices The plugin will add an option when editing a channel that will allow me to see a list of devices divided into categories according to the custom taxonomy “devices”. Each device on the list will have 3 radio buttons: Not available, Not Yet and Yes. There will also be a comment field for each device (see attached screenshot) To get a better understanding of the goal for this plugin I have created a table showing how the data will be output in the end. Top row shows the Categories of Devices. The next row shows each device under the category. The first cell in each row shows the channel. The cells then show a different color dot depending on what radio button was selected, and if the comment field was filled out the tooltip will show the comment.
