Customizing a Wordpress Plugin for spcific classified entries

The project is about classified listings for all kind of services. The website is a wordpress blog about services, service prices and service quality for all available services. From cosmetics to changing tires. I would like to offer classified listings for companies that offer all kind of services. It should be possible in the wordpress admin to enter listings with the following fields. And it can be handled with an adapted plugin. These field are displayed on an entry page and the url concept should be: [login to view URL] Company Name: Company Address: (County, Region, ZIP-Code, City, Address) Logo: 5 Pictures of the Store, Manager: Telephone: Fax: E-Mail: WWW: (follow or no-follow option) Opening Hours: Service category: (mother category) Offered Services (Keywords (detail category): one keyword is the main keyword – relevant for the url Description of the services and company: Price of service 1: Price of service 2: Price of service n: Map: I would like to add fields or rename them. These fields are displayed on the detail view of the companies. The result list shows the following set of fields: Company Name, Address, ZIP and Price of Service 1 to N and offered Services. If it is a premium listing then the result is highlighted with a different colour and the logo (if there is one) is also displayed. There should be a text search that offers an Auto Complete for company name, offered services (keywords) and the address fields and there should also be a possibility to add new keywords. In addition to the text search I would like to offer a search by category and by Region. The two search possibilities should be the main parts of the homepage. The first layer is the main category, then there are the detail categories. Every category should display the number of entries. On the level of the detail category there are the categories and the 10 latest entries. In the entry list the is a position for placing an adwords banner on position 3. The plugin should offer an import function so that I can import address material via csv oder xml. Companies can also fill out a form where they enter the data themself. When companies enter the data the email address, the company name and the address are compulsory and an email a confirmation and to my inbox must be sent. In the backend I need the feature for premium listings. Premium listings are for featured entries. These entries are displayed on top of each category (a category is one or more keyword(s) and/or a region (zip code or zip code area). The existing content and URLs should stay as they are. The plugin should be as independent from the theme as possible. I know that this is just a raw concept for my project but I hope to find somebody who is interested in working with me on this idea.
