customize wordpress thesis for usage with hebrew

i have the thesis wordpres theme, i must have it setted up , right-to left for usage with hebrew.
this needs to be done, yesterday!
from what i understand this should be done withthis tool.

quick and clean
and, a long term relationship
is jsut around the corner for whoever`s
gonna do a good job.
i must say im on a low budget,
anything beyond 50$ would be high to ask.
the theme will be sent to you. and youc an start working immidietly.
ETA to complete , is like 1-2 days, pretty rushed up.
