Auction Website (ebay type)

I need a simple auction website created ??" with functionality similar to sites such as ebay. The site needs basic auction functions only - such as creating user accounts, listing items, bidding, buy now, feedback history, watchlist etc Does NOT require any fees/payment, credit card functionality etc as the site will have no fees. Any payment between the seller/buyer will be done outside the website. I will supply logos ??" however I would like some basic graphics on the website to make it look nice. I would be looking to have a couple of minor customizations made to the normal auction format. A couple of fields need to be added to the user table (“public phone number?? and “public email address??) and when the auction is viewed, the sellers phone number and email address need to be displayed on the auction. Am happy for the site to be based on open source code etc. If possible, please provide an example auction website that you have done in your bid. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Does not matter - but please specify your delevelopment platform in your bid.
