I would like an auto replicating affilliate website for my wholesale DVD business. I would like to offer my DVD packages to the public at wholesale prices, but offer even better prices for those whom sign up to be one of our dealers. As a member the customers will not only receive better pricing on DVDs, but they will also be given a website that they can use to advertise the products on. This website will need thier own url which can be part of my domain as long as a seperate URL can be forwarded to that domain. I will be charging a weekly/monthly fee for each site that is registered. The website will need to have a back end where people can update any information on thier site automatically, and track comissions that are to be paid. The shopping cart needs to be able to use either Cybersource, or Authorize.net. I know it is short time, but I would really like to see the project completed within 30 days, and would like to make sure that ongoing support is offered.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
