Building an outsource team to support ASP

We are building a team to support the initial implementation and delivery of our platform to our clients. The team will start off relatively small, but we anticipate it to grow to at least 3 people in the first quarter of next year. The bid is on a hourly basis for inviduals to work on this team.

Here are the basic requirements for this team:

1. Convert PSD files to flash. This will be done according to a specification provided. The implementations will look very similar with approximately 90% of the coding work standardized after the first few implementaitons.

2. In each of the PSD files there are up to 10 elemens (for exmaple, an image or a line of text) that will need to be returned in a small database along with the .fla files.

3. Functionality built in flash. Some custom functionality built in flash will be required.

4. Some html and scripting will be required, but these are smaller parts of the overall requirements.

5. QA - your work must be returned correct the first time.

Deliverables will be the .fla files and db files

Key Requirements of the Team:

1. Actionscript 2.0 and flash (the team should include flash coders, not just designers who have some flash tool experience)

2. Photoshop (with recent versions of photoshop available)

3. DB (SQL)

4. Quick turnaround (must be available to turnaround work on US time)

5. Graphic Design

6. High Quality

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
