Bulletin Board / Trading Platform - Funds in CMS / Joomla

I would like a log in website? that shows the prices and names of investment funds. This will be in the form of a Bulletin board or trading platform.

The website is aiming to be an information and transaction portal for investment funds. The website will need the following:

* be login based - ability to monitor

* a list of secondary funds, and a price attached to them - searchable

* a list of primary funds, and a price attached to them - searchable

* fund manager list and funds - searchable

* ability for members to attach a price

* ability for members to access data room and download information

* ability for certain members to add to the dataroom on a monthly basis

* restricted access to certain members until agreements signed

* FAQ section and terms & Conditions

Login based, so members can add transact on the platform Bulletin board, by submitting prices. Maybe e-mail notifications will be required.
