Commercial Web sites

I am a senior Marketing manager for a fortune 500 Company.? I'm bored wiht the every-day? B.S. of Corporate America, so I'm dabbling in a side business that involves creating web sites for small business.? The difference I bring is that the goal is marketing, not just a simple website and web presence for the customer.? I am in need of an html programmer/web? developer? that wants to earn cash on the side by constructing web sites. (Graphic design abilities a plus) I design the sites? by working with each client and? developing a specific set of marketing objectives, and you implement per my specs.? WOuld preferrably want someone in the Rochester area so we could also work live evey now-and then. (RIT students, etc.?) I have 3 projects that I have customers begging me to implement...and these were simply the result of word-of-mouth from a single project in Rochester NY for small business.
