Here is what we are trying to do: Often times we need to import shippments into our MIS system wich is running SQL 2000. There can be hundreds of planned shippments. Current work on this for a customer that is going to have 1800 planned shipments. I spoke with our MIS company and they said yes it can be done however the excel file needs to be formatted into a specific form of XML. So essentially the program would look at the field header of the excel document (Display on one side), show a list of fields available in planed shipments then allow you to map one to the other and format it using XML encoding that I have its a pretty simple format. But I need a vehical that is simple that I can get any of the Office people here to use here.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Thank you all for you comments. This was my first posting. I have now included some sample files. Sorry about that.
The result of this program would be an XML file. I can then go inside MIS program and they have their own import utility. I just need the files formatted correctly.

Windows XP is fine would be nice to run on bost Mac and PC but not a big deal.
