Convert Wordpress Site

We have an existing wordpress blog running semiologic wordpress. We now have a seo optimized version of wordpress all zipped up ready to be installed. What we want is for you to install this new version, to edit a few pages (removing links back to the original website) in the php, and to then copy over all comments, posts, and pages from the current blog to this new version. You will need to make sure all existing content has identical url's so that when you are finished we can take this verison and delete the old version and copy this version in it's place. You will install the new version on a separate "test" domain so you can get it all complete, but you move it over. We will also point you to a specific theme we want install on the new blog, and you would set that theme up and make minor changes to it as required. This is an easy job for someone familar with php, and wordpress (and mysql to a lesser degree). So long as you know how to copy over databases, etc (export/import) you should be fine, along with some knowledge of wordpress.
