Create Software to Compile Word Documents into Dreamweaver Site

I've been manually creating websites by manually copy and paste from microsoft word documents into dreamweaver web pages. I basically create new .php page from a dreamweaver template (.dwt) and paste text into the pages while manually formatting the paragraphs, creating title tags, description tags, bolding the H1 tags etc. Hence I'm looking for a reliable coder to help me create a simple desktop based software that can help me automate the task above. Here are the requirements of the software 1) The software must be desktop / localhost php based running on Windows XP 2) The software should ask me 3 main things ie a) The location path of those Word documents b) The location of the dreamweaver template files (css, image folder etc) c) The location where the generated website will be (This generated website should maintain the site structures ie with image folders, css and can be previewed with firefox / IE browser 3) Once the above has been fulfilled, the software will, at the click of a button, generate a completed and fully compiled website with title tags, description tags etc. This generated website must run and behave as though I have manually compiled it. The website menu should have links to each of the website pages 4) The software will also able to ask me maximum sentences/lines a paragraph should have for a web page and it shall generate accordingly 5) I build website using dreamweaver template based system (.dwt) with editable region for text. So the software should be able to recognize the editable region to paste text from the word documents. 6) The first line of each word document should be made as the Title tag and H1 tag of each web page whereas the first paragraph of each word document should be the webpage description 7) I should have the option of saving what file naming conventions ie .php, choice of "this is the [login to view URL]" to become "[login to view URL]" etc 8) The generated website files should be compatible with Dreamweaver 8.0.2 You must have good working dreamweaver knowledge to understand what I'm talking about. I shall own the exclusive right to the software as well as the code. ## Deliverables coder are responsible for the software to be able to run on my computer
