Custom Shipping Module for Virtuemart (Easy job!)

Hello expert scripters!

I need to create a custom shipping module in virtue mart, to pull shipping information from an external source.

1. The shipping module will need to interface with the XML feed from this external source. Upon checkout, the customer's products weight and dimensions, and the shipping destination, will be sent to the external source. Subsequently, it will return the shipping options, including price.

Your module should work perfectly, such that the shipping options will be returned on the checkout page, based on the information from the external source.

Do note that if anyone who wants to test the xml, he/she could just

simply change the reference from [login to view URL] rex. [login to view URL] to

http://sand [login to view URL] rex. [login to view URL] to post data into the testing

environment.

My budget for this is USD$200 or less. The first person to meet my budget and can demonstrate understanding of my requirements will get the job.
