Custom Wordpress Theme

Custom Wordpress theme specs: Would like a design just like [url removed, login to view] ported into a wordpress blog. We will be using (hacked) wordpress as the cms. COLOR SCHEME Modify the colors to match our logo at [url removed, login to view] - hot pink replaced by red - dark blue replaced by our dark purple/blue - all light (pastel) shades replaced with light pastel shades from our logo NAVIGATION The styling for each of the 3 three methods of Site Navigation will be determined by the group of pages' "parent" feature (see [url removed, login to view]) - upper grey nav bar will appear on every page of the blog and contain pages whose parent is the home page - upper blue nav bar will appear on every page of the blog and contain pages whose parent is a page called "services" - red nav box seen in the right navbar when viewing pages clicked from blue nav bar like [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] is created from child pages of each of the elements in the blue nav bar. Footer nav will repeat pages from upper blue nav bar, but will also print each pages' subpages underneath (see [url removed, login to view] for example) breadcrumb nav seen under logo will be added later by us via wp plugin - do not include COMMENTS should be styled like those at bottom of [url removed, login to view], but without the pictures. STYLE ELEMENTS WITHIN BLOG We would like all current containers in the website to be ported as well. FONT STYLING millelewis site currently uses sifr to display some text, but we will use plain text styling instead.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
