Design and Install Basic Members Only Area to Existing Adult Pay Site

Design and Install the members section for my site [[url removed, login to view]][1] The preview section is allready completed.

The members section will be a dynamic section which holds videos which I need to be able to add delete and edit from an administrative page.

The members section should also hold pictures and have a picture section where I can add delete and edit the pictures from an administrative page.

The videos should be able to have a short description and a few pics for people to see befor clicking to view the video. The pictures should be organized withthumbnails and/ or by catagory.

The members section need to be integrated with my merchant account EPOCH. When people are directed to pay for joining the site they should be sent to the payment gateway of my merchant acocunt then they should be given a password and given access to the members area. I want to offer three different forms of membership.

1. 3 day trial then monthly reoccuring

2. Monthly reoccuring

3. One time 4 month membership.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
