Design custom template for Joomla 1.5

Hi,? I need to have a custom template designed for Joomla 1.5 CMS. ? I already have a layout designed as a PDF, it needs to be sliced into PHP/ HTML/CSS files.? The layout itself is pretty basic, there is few special features that are important to the client: ? 1) ? Header image is a Flash SWF file. The width of the SWF file is 920pixels. ? 2) ? Body Image in the background has to be easy to change in the template parameters. ? Each page will have different image, so we would have to allow for having multiple templates with different images.? ? 3) ? Top menu has to support drop downs Please look at the attached mockups to see what layout we are after and what module positions are required. ? The User 1-3 & Footer module positions should be collapsible if nothing is published there.? The template should work in IE6 & 7, Firefox 2 & Safari Please feel free to ask any questions you might have. Thanks.
