Development of three near-identical PHP/MYSQL sites

This project requires the programming of the front and backend of three websites using PHP and MySQL. All three websites consist of general pages and some very specific features. The three websites are very similar; therefore much of the code can be recycled. The only differences are minor differences in the layouts (colors mostly). We will supply the layout files. The layouts are already set-up in table less XHTML and CSS and are ready-to-go. The supplied layouts will function as templates for the websites. Please style all content using valid XHTML and CSS and not using tables except where excel-type data is used. What we require is development of all of the websites features as described in the attached document. Development also includes three separate content management systems for managing the website content of the three websites. The project has to be delivered online we will supply an FTP account as well as three database accounts. For more details; please check out the attached document. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Final product must properly function in IE6+, Firefox 2+, Safari 2+. Final product will be hosted on a Linux server running PHP4 and MySQL 3/4.
