A Real-Time Data Driven Web Application for Quality Management

I need a programmer dedicated for next several months to help me build a data driven web application. Application will have a robust user interface allowing users to input data and view application data in various formats including graphical, charts and trends. Application will run in real time with a number of specific scheduled events. Application accesses data from other databases and user input, processes the data based on a designed logic and stores output of calculation results. A number of advanced analytical calculations and functions will be part of data processing schemes. This application, once deployed, will be Quality Knowledge Management system. This system somewhat works on the CRUD (Capture, Retrieve, Update and Delete) model. Here various knowledge elemnts required for a quality management system are captured and created based on user input, external data, and application logic. Application is able to retrieve the knowledge elemnts for display or for automatic notifications and update / delete using defined scheme. It is a technical/engineering kind of application. The logic and many of the technical details have been designed. Need is for a programmer to convert these designs into a real-life application. At this point I am requesting proposals of interest. I anticipate that the project from start to finish could take 3-4 months. If agreed, Programmer would have to commit to duration non-stop. If interested, please communicate. ## Deliverables The project will be completed in 4 phases. Deliverables and payment options will be defined for each phase. These four phases are: - Initial design, page views, skeleton built. - Internal calculation and other logic engines. - Testing and debugging. - Deployment. Details for phases will be defined in details and agreed to during communications. ## Platform No specification. Technology used should be the one most suitable for application.
