Basically I want the site to have three main pages... Page one - the full page changes every six seconds - 14400 times a day Page two - a square grid 100 x 144 squares (14400)...each square is 10x10 pixels Page three - Payment The concept of the site is that a prospective buyer purchases a time slot. When they puchase the slot they can upload an image to the slot. The image will appear once daily Page 1 for six seconds...but a smaller version of each image will appear permanently in a small square in the grid on page 2. Users can buy a slot using paypal or credit card. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
