I have a Dreamweaver template with some bugs... It gives me an error message when I try to update pages or create new ones. I need it fixed, and 3 pages created from the template, that will look like

Design will need to be cross-browser compliant (it is already responsive), and work on the iPad, iPhone and Android devices.
