I need a adserver that serves campaigns equally, and not based per click or anything like that. I need it to allow as many banners as a campaign requires, but still serve the campaigns equally. I also require integration into paypal, and multiple zones. (one zone 480x60, another zone 125x125 and then a third zone 120x600), and with the integration into paypal, I require an allowance for the user to setup their account, upload their banners, and go on their way.
