Closed Loop Page for RAFS Site

I need 1 page closed loop script for my project rafs site. basically it will need to input data from a link into the db and only allow certain ip address' todo so. I have full script and have example of the page I need done that works with another affiliate. This page will need to work with Revenue Universe (RevU) affiliate program who's links look like this... [login to view URL];name=xxx&rate=xxx&sid=xxx&status=xxx The following info is straight from RevU for understanding what they are asking "Explanation of variables: * campaign: The campaign ID number of the offer being posted. * name: The name of the offer being posted. * rate: The commission earned (i.e, 5.75). If the offer is being reversed, this will be a negative number (i.e, -5.75). * sid: The SID that you passed to the campaign. * status: This will be either 1 or 2, for completed or reversed, respectively. All posts will originate from the IP addresses [login to view URL] and 204.10.140.63. Please configure your closed loop script to only accept posts from those IPs. " I will provide the person who does this project the rafs script to use to test what they are doing. If I could I would like to pay as little out of pocket($5-$10) and since script is not encrypted would prefer to give script as payment instead of money.
