We need a web based condo manager with the following features:
Owner/Tenant Profile - Registration
1 - Each suite owner and/or tenant can register on the web site filling their name, e-mail address, suite number, and indicate whether they are an owner or tenant, at the end of registration an email is sent to web site admin with the new user details and a link for activation.
2 - Upon activation, an e-mail is automatically sent to the specified e-mail address of new user containing their unique password!
3 - "Remember Me" feature to allow visitors to easily log in by clicking just on one button!
Announcements
Administrators can create announcements and choose for wich users it will be sent, it is then emailed and posted on the web site announcements section.
Feature to post announcements only for certain users.
Newsletters
Feature to allow Administrator to build a newsletter to be sent to users and posted on the web site with html editor.
Polls
Feature to build polls with several questions and publish them for all to vote on. With security implementations such as only one vote per profile, and a more detailed view, indicating exactly how many owner and tenant votes were cast for each item, available to the administrator only.
Forums
Administrator can create as many forums as needed with options like "Owners Only Access," and, "Moderated,".
Assistance Requests
Feature to allow your registered users to submit a ticket to the Board of Directors or Management Company.
The tickets must have date and time (with off-set adjustment), as this will allow to control the response time to problems.
Tickets must have user vote when closing.
Document Management
Feature to allow administrator to post a new image, link to a web site, enter text, or upload a PDF file, and specify who can access the document. The administrator can specify who can see the document you are uploading: either for owners only or owners and tenants.
Concierge
Feature to allow Concierge to log in and notify residents the building of packages and items left at the Concierge, and email is sent.
Little adjustment can then be requested.
