Convert PSD to Joomla template + setting up Modules

Job Scope : 1. Template conversion from psd to a Joomla template 2. Setup content tabs within Joomla! content items (articles) using plugin from [login to view URL] . 2 Tabs Content on the top, 2 tabs content on the bottom. 3. Setup Transmenu ( 4 levels ) for the Main Menu - Use JA transmenu with Text Mouse Over 4. Setup News scroller on Upcoming event, similar to [login to view URL] using Featured Content Slider Module ( Scrolling upward ) [login to view URL],com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,1859/Itemid,35/ 5. Change the style of perform and the letterman to match with the site style 6. Add breadcrumb/pathway in the template similar to : [login to view URL] ( ie. You are here : Home > Training ) 7. On Training Section innerpages - Setup Custom menu items INSIDE the main content area This Custom menu items will use slide menu functionality. ( ie. When user select menu A, the menu will slide down open and all the sub menus will appear. When user select MENU B, then MENU A will Slide Slide back up and MENU B will open.) and will have 3 level of submenus under the main level. This menu items should be collapsible. Except on training section pages, these menu items wont appear on any other innerpages 8.
