Need a PHP/SQL Programmer

Looking for a PHP programmer. I am running a website with an admin panel. In the admin/user panel I enter some datas, this datas will be wirtten in a specific file and in a SQL DB. After 48 hours the datas will be removed via a Cron job from the file and from the DB. That is working perfect now. I need some changes for that: The datas should not be removed from the file and DB, just rename it in the file and keep it in the DB. Phpmyadmin is already installed. No Bidders from India or Pakistan! Bidders from Russia and Ukraine are almost welcome. Bidder should be available in Skype. Full payment after the job is finish. I make no mile stone payments.
