asterisk based callback system

Hello, we need an asterisk based call back/through sytem that is turnkey and ready for plug and play. We want a system that will allow us to provide a solution to mobile phone users who have unlimited incoming minutes are put us in there my favorite numbers. Customers will sign up on sign up page with there name, address, cellphone number etc. The cellphone number will be the number that the system must authenticate in the database. Once customer signs up via sign up page they will receive an email with the access number to dial system.
