create poker and casino site

We are looking for online poker-room with casino and sports book as well. This poker room will be something very similar to pokerstars, fulltilt, titanpoker, etc.. When someone joins our site we want him to be able to use a poker network witch has thousands of players already so he will have someone to play. We want to fully brand it and we want it to be easily customizable.

features:

- Very easy to play

- Multilanguage options (both site and client software)

- Site should have a very solid intergraded CMS.

- For the admin section (operator) we should be available to set all the options of the poker client software, for e.g. withdrawal and deposit options, rooms (limit or unlimit), etc...
