create a timelapse video

Hi i have 2364 photos from which i want to make a timelapse video. the stills are looking down on a canvas which i paint. they were taken over a number of days so there are light changes between the days. and the image changes position slightly across the times. the canvas is sitting on a BLACK piece of plastic. 1. can you change the background to be white? not black. 2. how do i get the images to you? they are appx 2.4/2.5MB each image 3. I want the final video to be crisp and as 'clean' looking as possible 4. i would like to review the video after 12 -14 hours 5. i want to be able to upload the video to you tube and vimeo and insert onto a web page. 6. I would like the first still of the video to be the final image with a title called "Higher and Higher". I have included a screen shot of the photos as thumbnails to indicate change in light you need to 'correct/ammend/modify. as well as an image from the start and finish
