Hi I'm an architect. I can help you with both 2D drawings and 3D modelling. I've done similar work before. You can view similar works in my portfolio. Usually it takes 9 hour to model the exterior of the house using blueprints. Interior usually takes the less time near 5 hours of work (I mean walls, satires, etc. without furniture). Decorating part depends on the design itself its variable. What about modelling of one room i can guess what it can take nearly 7-9 hour of work. Regards Artavazd
