Animate 2d illustrations (no source vectors)

I have 2d hand drawn illustrations w. no vector sources. 17_P13 Dad Hitting Hammer looping animation 24_P20 I need the Character animated - Climbing in place - Legs, arms, stick head 25_P21 Carved figures near top of building need to be dancing (background can all be same color - light brown) and left bird flying - top bird moving a little. 26_P22 Birds need to be moving around. Landing, moving, reacting, singing. 27_P23 Boy needs to eat mango (top hand). 3 bites, gets smaller, and then it disappears. All animations should Loop. Deilivery should be Layered Photoshop file in zip file or Flash animation. I will composite animations after. Thank You I can pay half up front ($75usd), and half on completion ($75usd). $150 total.
